Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items returned after the 48-hour return window

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Deskloom is not responsible for damage or loss during return transit.
